氟比洛芬酯复合舒芬太尼对椎管内肿瘤患者术后的镇痛效果及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的分析氟比洛芬酯复合舒芬太尼对椎管内肿瘤患者术后的镇痛效果及不良反应情况。方法分析52例椎管内肿瘤手术患者,入组患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(28例)与对照组(24例)。对照组给予舒芬太尼静脉注射,0.8 mg;观察组在对照组的基础上加用氟比洛芬酯静脉注射,50 mg;比较视觉模拟评分(VAS)、数字镇静评分(NSS)以及不良反应发生率。结果 (1)对照组与治疗组NSS评分比较具有显著性意义(χ2=6.777,P<0.05)。(2)对照组与治疗组VAS评分比较在统计学上具有显著性意义(χ2=7.312,P<0.05)。(3)两组不良反应发生率比较无显著性意义(χ2=1.016,P>0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯复合舒芬太尼可以显著提高椎管内肿瘤患者术后的镇痛效果,有效改善视觉模拟评分(VAS)、数字镇静评分(NSS),同时不增加不良反应,有临床推广应用的价值。Objective To study the postoperative analgesia effect and adverse reactions of flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil for spinal canal tumor. Methods 52 cases of spinal canal tumor were randomly divided into the treatment group （ n = 24 ） and the control group （ n = 28 ）. The control group received sufentanil therapy, the treatment group received sufentanil and flurbiprofen axetil. To compare NSS, VAS and adverse reactions. Results The score of NSS and VAS were significant difference （X^2 = 6. 777, X^2 = 7. 312 ;P 〈0.05 ） ,The adverse reactions had no significant difference （X^2 = 1. 016, P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion Flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil can significantly improve the score of VAS, NSS, without increase the incidence of adverse reactions, and it is worthy of clinical application.
