摘 要:目的了解北京市医院财经人员培训及需求现状,为提升医院财经人员队伍素质提供建议。方法对北京市医院财经人员的培训需求进行问卷调查并进行统计分析。结果有16.15%的人未取得会计从业资格;超过半数的财经人员未获得任何专业技术职称;94.48%的人员仅接受过1次或未接受过任何培训;88.43%的财经人员对培训有需求;需求内容集中在Excel数据处理、财会基本技能、财务管理、沟通技巧和工作效率等方面;期望的培训形式分别是课堂讲座、参观学习和网络课程。结论医院主管部门应重视继续教育工作,制定培训计划方案;深化职称制度改革,完善财经人员结构。医院应转变管理观念,重视财经工作发展;加强人才管理,引进高学历人才;完善考核制度,加强内部监督。Objective To understand the status quo of training and demand of financial personnel from hospitals in Beijing, and provide suggestions for improving the quality of hospital financial personnel. Method A questionnaire survey and a statistical analysis were conducted on the training needs of financial personnel from hospitals in Beijing. Result 16. 15% of the staff did not get accounting qualification;more than half of the financial personnel did not receive any professional titles ;94. 48% of the staff re- ceived only once or no training at all ;and 88.43% of the financial demands for the training are on Excel data processing, basic ac- counting skills, financial management, communication skills and work efficiency in the forms of classroom lectures, study by visit and network courses. Conclusion The department in charge of hospitals should pay attention to continuing education, make training plan, deepen the reform of professional title system, and improve the structure of financial staff. Hospitals should change management concept, attach importance to the development of financial work, strengthen talent management, introduce the highly educated person- nel, perfect examination system, and strengthen internal supervision.
