摘  要:锅炉房作为传统重要危险源,其安全生产不容忽视。通过对新建燃气蒸汽式锅炉房项目具体事例开展专项研究,以前期规划、过程控制和隐患排查持续改进为原则,将项目基本情况、工艺设备设施、危险源辨识管理及其他因素共计4个因素建立燃气蒸汽式锅炉房安全指标评价体系,采用改进的层次分析法确定相关指标权重,运用二级综合模糊安全评估法对锅炉房项目进行综合量化评估,在避免人为主观因素的基础上,确定项目运行的安全程度,进一步提升安全生产保障能力。Boiler room as one of the important traditional risk sources, their production safety can not be ignored. This article studies concrete examples of a boiler room project of gas and steam. Based on the principles of pre-planning, process control, troubleshooting and continuous improvement, a gas and steam boiler room safety evaluation index system was established, which includes a total of four factors, basic situation of the project, process equipment facilities, hazard identification management and other factors. Improved AHP method was used to determine the index weight and two grade fuzzy comprehensive safety assessment method to carry out comprehensive quantification evaluation of the boiler room pro- ject. On the basis of avoiding subjective factors, the safety degree of project operation is determined to further enhance the safety of production.
