消栓颗粒治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的安全性研究

摘　　要：目的分析消栓颗粒治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的效果及安全性。方法选择2015年1月—2017年1月我院神经内科门诊以及住院部诊治的颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者150例,随机分为观察组和对照组各75例,对照组给予常规西医(阿司匹林肠溶片+阿托伐他汀钙片)治疗,观察组在西医治疗的基础上加用消栓颗粒,分析2组患者的临床效果和安全性。结果 2组患者均无出现药物的相关副作用,而加用消栓颗粒治疗的观察组中颈动脉内径、颈动脉中层内膜厚度、斑块面积等指标恢复均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加用消栓颗粒治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床效果较好,安全可靠,值得推广应用。Objective Observation and analysis of bolt on treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaques, efficacy, and safety. Methods Choose between January 2017 and January 2015 in our nerve internal medicine outpatient and the inpatient treatment of 150 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 75 cases in each group, control group given conventional western medicine （Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets ＋ Atorvastatin calcium tablets） treatment, the observation group on the basis of western medicine combined with bolt particles, analysis of two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and safety. Results Two groups of patients without any drug related side effects, and add a bolt on treatment of the carotid artery diameter in the observation group, the thickness of the carotid artery middle lining, plaque area of indicators such as recovery were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion combined with bolt elimination particles in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaques effect is good, safe and reliable, is worth popularization and application.
