喉友口腔抗菌液结合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨喉友口腔抗菌液结合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择我院口腔科收治的口腔溃疡患者160例,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,治疗组患者局部给予喉友口腔抗菌液喷剂联合口服胸腺肽肠溶片,复合维生素B、C治疗,对照组患者局部给予桂林西瓜霜喷剂联合口服复合维生素B、C治疗,比较2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95%,显著高于对照组的70%;治疗组复发率为12.5%,显著低于对照组的70%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喉友口腔抗菌液结合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗口腔溃疡不仅可显著缩短溃疡愈合时间,且可有效控制复发率,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Houyou oral antibacterial liquid and Thymopeptides Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU）.Methods 160 RAU patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 80 cases in each group. The treatment groups were treated by Houyou oral antibacterial liquid and Thymopeptides Enteric-coated Tablets and Compound Vitamin B and Vitamin C. The control groups were treated by Guilin Watermelon Frost and Compound Vitamin B and Vitamin C. The treatment was continued for 6 months and then to observe the clinical e^cacy.Results The total effective rate were 95% and 70% and the recurrence rate were 12.5% and 70% respectively in treatment and control groups.The efficacy in treatment group was better than that in control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Houyou oral antibacterial liquid and Thymopeptides Enteric-coated Tablets can significantly short cure time and control recurrence rate with better analgesic effect on recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU ）.
