摘　　要：目的探讨眼球后注射曲安奈德联合眼底激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)继发黄斑囊样水肿(CME)的临床疗效。方法将我院2015年3月—2016年3月收治的86例BRVO继发CME患者随机分为2组各43例,对照组予以眼底激光治疗,观察组联合眼球后注射曲安奈德治疗,比较2组视力改善情况与CME缓解情况。结果观察组视力水平与CME缓解率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼球后注射曲安奈德联合眼底激光治疗BRVO继发CME是一种安全高效的治疗方式,有助于提高CME缓解率,改善患者视力,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of postocular injection of triamcinolone combined with fundus laser in treatment of branch retinal vein occlusion （BRVO） secondary to cystoid macular edema （CME）. Methods 86 patients with BRVO secondary to CME in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases in each. Control group was given fundus laser, observation group took postocular injection of triamcinolone in combination. The eyesight improvement and CME remission of two groups were compared.Results The eyesight level and CME remission rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Postocular injection of triamcinolone combined with fundus laser in treatment of BRVO secondary to CME is safe and efficient treatment method, it can increase CME remission rate, improve patients＇ eyesight and have application value.
