摘 要:实习支教是促进南疆双语教育发展,提高师范院校教师培养质量,提升师范生教学实践经验以及积累实践知识的一种多方共赢的模式。在师范生赴南疆实习支教过程中,存在的问题主要包括:支教实习前教学技能准备不足,师范生实习支教课时量较大,部分同学支教专业不对口,汉族师范生与少数民族中小学生沟通存在困难,难以融入受援学校工作环境,生活条件匮乏等问题。与此相应的解决对策为:加强支教实习前教学技能准备,S大学相关部门和实习支教带队教师加强与受援地教育部门沟通交流,加强师范生少数民族语言培训和少数民族文化学习,加强师范生心理疏导和人际引导,以及提高师范生生活补助。Teaching - aid internship is a win - win model of promoting the bilingual education in Southern Xinjiang, improving the quality of teachers cultivation in normal universities, increasing teaching experiences and accumulating pragmatic knowledge of students from normal universities. The problems of practice teaching include : Lack of teaching skills to prepare; too more class hours; no pro- fessional practice; language barriers between the normal university students of Han nationality and minority students; Interpersonal problems; difficult living conditions.
