摘　　要：在宏观政治经济背景下围绕着普通高中办学权力的变化,对普通高中办学筹资方式以及影响进行回顾发现,自20世纪80年代以来,我国公办普通高中的经费投入体制总体上采取了先通过多元化渠道筹资、再逐渐加大财政保障力度的发展道路。由于长期以来地方政府办学政策的差异性和财政资源的分配不均,导致同一个地级市乃至同一个县市内部普通高中之间的投入均存在很大差距,这不利于普通高中之间的平等竞争。This paper reviews the fund-raising system of regular high school education and tion, focusing on economic context schools first adop ments have long i public high schoo high schools in a schools. the implica the changes of regular high schools＇ school-running authority in the macro political and ~ By analysis, we found that the financial investment system of public regular high ted multi-channel fund-raising strategy and then continuous fiscal support.
