摘　　要：新建本科院校的出现,推动了我国高等教育的快速发展。面对日益激烈的就业竞争,新建本科院校的毕业生往往处于弱势的地位,提高毕业生的就业竞争力是刻不容缓的工作。辅导员具有开展就业指导工作的优势,是新建本科院校就业指导工作的重要力量。本文分析了新建本科院校辅导员就业指导工作中存在的问题,提出了新建本科院校提升就业指导能力的途径。The emergencies of the newly - established undergraduate colleges has promoted the rapid development of higher ed- ucation in China. In the face of increasing fierce competition for jobs, the newly - established undergraduate college graduates are in the weak status, so improving the competitiveness of graduates is crunch time work. College counselors play an important role in the system of employment guidance of college students in the newly - established undergraduate colleges. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the career guidance among the newly - established undergraduate college counselors, and at the same time it puts forwards the ways to improve the career guidance ability in the newly - established undergraduate colleges.
