“一带一路”战略下农村劳动力转移培训供求研究--以广东为例

摘　　要：在国家"一带一路"战略实施的背景下,农村地区的劳动力供求与社会市场需求出现了一些新的变化。在本文的研究过程中,以广东省为例,从当前农村劳动力的现状、转移培训存在的问题等方面进行了深入分析,并在此基础上,结合"一带一路"战略,对广东省农村劳动力转移培训供求问题,提出了一些具体的措施建议,希望可以对提高农村劳动力的就业效率,更好地满足市场对劳动力的需求,做出一定的贡献。Under the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy, new changes have occurred between the supply of rural labor and the society demand. In this paper, we will take Guangdong Province as object to have a deep study on the current situation of rural labor and the problem of rural migrant labor training. Base on the study, we find some specific measures and suggestions on the issues of rural migrant labor training by combining the ＂ Belt and Road＂ strategy. We hope our study can make a certain contribution to improve the efficiency of rural labor employment and the demand of labor.
