摘　　要：为提高人才培养质量,促进学生全面发展,在高校践行实践育人理念尤为重要。河南师范大学水产学院以专业实习为平台,坚定一个信念,强化两个保障,搭建三个平台,推动实践育人工作不断深化。In order to improve the quality of personnel training and promote the all-round development of students, it is very important to practice the concept of education in colleges and universities. Taking professional practice as a platform, Fisheries College of Henan Normal University further train students with effective mea- sures as： a firm belief, two guarantees and three platforms.
