摘　　要：光动力疗法是一种新型的肿瘤治疗方法,与传统治疗比,其优势在于高选择性和低毒性。目前光动力疗法已用于胃癌、结直肠癌、肛管鳞癌等胃肠道肿瘤,且部分患者疗效显著,但仍缺少大样本量的临床随机对照研究。笔者就近年来国内外光动力疗法治疗胃肠道肿瘤的文献进行综述,为临床治疗及科研提供参考。Photodynamic therapy is a newly emerging treatment modality against cancer, which has high selectivity and less toxicity compared with traditional treatment modalities. At present, photodynamic therapy has been used to treat several types of gastrointestinal cancers such as gastric cancer, colorectal cancer and squamous cell anal cancer, and shown significant efficacy in some patients. However, there is a lack of large randomized controlled trials. Here, the authors review the studies on photodynamic therapy for gastrointestinal cancers conducted at home and abroad in recent years, so as to provide support for both basic research and clinical practice.
