摘  要:黄炎培先生的"大职业教育主义"思想内涵丰富。受杜威实用主义的影响,黄炎培把"大职业教育主义"作为职业教育的政策和指导职业教育发展的纲领。我国职业指导理论的发展可以分为三个时期:初步建立时期(1919-1948)、停顿时期(1949-1979)、发展时期(1979-至今)。黄炎培认为,职业指导的意义就是要使个人的特性符合职业的需求;同时,坚持社会化、人本化、全程化的职业指导,能够创新职业指导模式,有助于"大职业教育主义"视阈下的职业指导体系建构。Huang Yanpei' s "great vocational education" has rich thought connotation. Under the influence of Dewey' s pragmatism, he took "great vocational education" as the policy of vocational education and the program guiding the development of vocational education. It is found that the development of career guidance theory in China can be divided into three periods: the initial establishment period (1919-1948), the pause period (1949-1979) and the development period (1979-present). Huang Yanpei believed that the significance of career guidance is to make the individual' s characteristics meet the professional needs; at the same time, vocational guidance of socialization, humanization and whole process can innovate the career guidance model and help to construct the career guidance system under the perspective of "great vocational education"
