与NIIT联合办学对高职专业建设的深远影响

摘　　要：阐述了印度NIIT公司与高职院校的软件技术专业联合办学后,在10年之中,对高职学院做出的卓越贡献。分别从专业建设(包括指导思想和培养模式方面、教学方法和考试模式方面、教学内容安排方面)、学生就业(包括实验和实训课程设置方面、毕业生就业方面)、教师成长(包括培养教师专业素养方面、增强教师敬业精神方面)等三大类、七个方面产生的影响进行了剖析,同时分析了国际合作与交流工作的利弊,对合作前后的效果进行了对比,最后得出结论。In the ten years of joint school running with software technology major of higher vocational colleges, NIIT has made great contribution to the development of higher vocational colleges. The paper respectively analyzes the major construction （including guiding ideology and training mode, teaching methods and examination pattern, and teaching content arrangement）, employment （including experimental and practical training courses, graduates employment）, teacher development（ professional literacy, enhancing teachers＇ professionalism）, also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of international communication and cooperation, compares the effect before and after cooperation and comes to the conclusion.
