扶正祛湿方加玉米须治疗老年泌尿系感染59例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正祛湿方加玉米须治疗老年泌尿系感染的临床疗效。方法:将118例老年泌尿系感染患者随机分为两组各59例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给与中药扶正祛湿方加玉米须治疗,1个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.2%,对照组为67.8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正祛湿方对老年泌尿系感染患者具有较好的临床疗效,可明显缓解患者的临床症状。Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of vital qi - strengthening and dampness - eliminating prescription combined with stigma maydis in the treatment of elderly urinaly tract infection. Methods ：A total of 118 elderly patients with uri- nary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups ,with 59 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment,and those in the treatment group were given vital qi -strengthening and damp- ness -eliminating prescriptioneombined with stigma maydis in addition to the treatment for the control group. The clinical out- come was evaluated after one eom＇se of treatment. Results ：The~ was a significant difference in overall response rate between the two groups （93.2% vs67. 8% ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Vital qi -strengthening and dampness -eliminating prescription had a good clinical effect in the treatment of elderly m：inary tract infection and can significantly alleviate patients＇ clinical symptoms.
