摘  要:目的通过对比TECNIS一片式多焦点人工晶状体和BAUSCH+LOMB折叠式非球面单焦点人工晶状体在老年性白内障手术后的视觉质量,分析多焦点人工晶状体与单焦点人工晶状体的不同视觉效果。方法选取白内障患者43例(53只眼),分为两组:观察组植入TECNIS一片式多焦点人工晶状体21例(25只眼),对照组植入BAUSCH+LOMB折叠式非球面单焦点人工晶状体22例(28只眼)。术后随访,重点观察术后两组患者的远视力、近视力、拟调节力、色觉、视野、立体视锐度、角膜散光,并通过问卷调查的方式了解视觉质量及满意度方面的情况。结果两组患者术后远视力均良好,观察组患者术后近、中程视力优于对照组。术后拟调节力检查,观察组优于对照组。两组患者色觉无异常。视野检查均正常。观察组近距离作业满意度高于对照组,观察组视近脱镜率高达91.53%。结论多焦点人工晶状体可为患者提供良好的远近视力及双眼视觉,是一种较理想的人工晶状体。Objective To compare the visual performance of monofocal ( BAUSCH LOMB) and muhifocal (TEC- NIS) intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in cataract surgery in the elderly. Methods Forty-three patients ( 53 eyes) with age-related cataract were selected and implanted with multifocal (TECNIS) (21 patients, 25 eyes) or monofocal ( BAUSCH + LOMB ) ( 22 patients, 28 eyes } IOLs. Distance visual acuity, near visual acuity, amplitude of pseudo accom- modation, color vision, visual field, stereopsis acuity and corneal astigmatism were assessed. Also, visual quality and post- operative satisfactory were evaluated by questionnaires. Results All patients had good distance visual acuity postoperative- ly. The muhifocal group had better uncorrected near visual acuity. The amplitude of pseudo accommodation in the multifocal group was smaller. Color vision and visual field were normal in all patients. Higher satisfaction was found in the multi- focal group when near task was asked. 91.53% of the patients achieved total glasses independence in muhifocal group. Conclusions Multifocal IOLs can provide a full range of satisfactory vision and binocular visual function. The effects of the multifocal intraocular lens were ideal.
