摘　　要：为了改变教育质量持续低下、城乡教育发展不平衡的现状,秘鲁政府大胆进行了农村教育信息技术改革与创新。文章介绍了秘鲁在面临全国教育严重危机的背景下,从"农村另类教育"、"每个儿童一台手提电脑"计划到"伊诺学校翻转教育"的农村教育信息技术改革与创新之路,重点总结了系列改革的主要内容、成效及经验启示,这对于厘清我国农村教育信息化改革思路具有重要意义。In order to change the current situations of poor quality of education and the unbalanced development of education in city and countriside, Peru government carried out a brave reform and innovation on the rural education information technology. This paper introduced the reform and innovation on the rural educational information technology from ＂Alternae Education＂ and ＂One Loptop Per Chilid＂ to ＂Innova School Turnover Education＂ when Peru government faced the serious crisis of national education. The main content, effect and experience of the series of reform were summarized, which was of great significance to the reform of the rural education in China.
