摘  要:目的:探讨三都水族儿童少年足型特点及其生长变化规律。方法:采用人体测量方法,对1 382名(男689,女693)6~16岁水族儿童少年的足长、足宽进行测量,按足长宽指数分型。结果:水族儿童少年的足长、足宽均随年龄增长而增长,15岁时已接近成人水平,足长与足宽存在正相关关系,总体足型以中间型为主(男50.22%,女59.45%),短宽型次之(男49.06%,女37.81%),窄长型最少(男0.73%,女2.74%);聚类分析显示,水族与侗族、土家族、苗族等南方族群较为接近。结论:水族儿童少年足型发育符合生长发育的一般规律,且具有明显的性别差异,与壮族、回族、哈萨克族和汉族比较存在民族间差异。Objective: To explore the foot shape and foot growth tendency of children and adolescents of Shui nationality in Sandu county. Methods: According to anthropometric method, the length and width of the foot were measured and subtyped by the ratio of foot width to length in 1382 Shui children and adolescents (689 males and 693 females) aged 6 to 16 in Sandu county. Results: The foot length and width grew with the increase of age in children and adolescents, which was similar to those of adults at the age of 15. There was a positive correlation between the length and width. The middle-typed shape foot was the most common (50.22%in males and 59.45% in females) in Shui children and adolescents, followed by the short- width foot (49.06% in males and 37.81% in females) and the narrow-length shape (0.73%in males and 2.74% in females). Cluster analysis showed that Shui was similar to Dong, Tujia, Miao and some other southern ethnic groups. Conclusion: The foot shape development of Shui children and adolescents is in conformity with the general growth pattern, and there are differences between males and females in their foot shapes. There are racial differences in the foot shape among Zhuang, Hui, Kazak and Han nationality.
