摘　　要：以甘肃甘南地区野生羊肚菌(Morchella esculenta)为研究对象,运用遗传算法进行了羊肚菌M.esculenta液体菌种发酵动力学参数估计,通过对不同初始串集的多次实验,各动力学参数估计收敛值结果基本一致。此外,运用Monod模型、Logistic模型以及1stOpt(First Optimization)软件对羊肚菌M.esculenta生长过程进行了拟合,通过对方程模拟结果的误差分析、相关性分析、中位数检验以及数据分布检验最终选择Logistic模型和1st Opt拟合模型作为此次实验羊肚菌M.esculenta液体菌种深层发酵生长动力学模型。Using wild Morchella esculenta from Gannan region in Gansu as research object, the liquid fermentation kinetic parameters of M. esculenta was estimated using genetic algorithm. Through several experiments on different initial string sets, the results of kinetic parameters estimated value was basically identical. In addition, the growth process of M. esculenta was fitted by Monod model, Logistic model and lstOpt software. Through the error analysis, correlation analysis, median analysis and data distribution analysis of the simulated results by the equation, finally, Logistic mod- el and lstpt software were fitting for the experiments of the liquid fermentation growth kinetics ofM. esculenta.
