录像考核与现场考核在医学生临床技能考核中的对比分析

摘　　要：目的:比较现场考核与录像考核在医学生临床技能考核中的差异性,探索录像考核法的可行性及存在问题。方法:对13名学生进行技能考核,现场考核的同时录像。16名考委平均分为两组,分别进行现场和录像考核,对比两组考委评分间差异性。结果:录像组得分均低于现场组,且具有统计学差异;两组得分间有强相关性。结论:应用录像考核法考核临床技能有一定前景,但应综合考虑技术和组织难度,谨慎应用。Objective：The study aims at making assessments with recordings of clinical skills examination and real-time assessment. Meth- ods： Two groups of 13 students were assessed by two groups of 16 teachers. One group assessed the recording, while the other used the real-time approach. Results： The scores of the recording group were significantly lower than those of the real-time group. Conclusions： The recording approach has its benefits. However,it has technological and organizational challenges,and should be used with cautions.
