摘　　要：背景视网膜母细胞瘤(RB)多发于婴幼儿,就诊时多处于中晚期,治疗较困难,易复发转移。目的筛选出对RB有临床意义的肿瘤标志物。方法选取2014年8月—2016年8月在深圳市人民医院化疗且临床资料完整的RB患儿20例为RB组,同期选取本院体检健康的儿童20例为对照组。检测对照组体检时,RB组化疗前、化疗3个疗程后、化疗6个疗程后甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、糖蛋白抗原(CA)125、CA153、CA199、CA724水平。结果对照组与RB组化疗前、化疗3个疗程后、化疗6个疗程后AFP、CEA、CA125、CA724水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组与RB组化疗6个疗程后NSE水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);RB组化疗前、化疗3个疗程后NSE水平高于对照组(P<0.05);RB组化疗前、化疗3个疗程后、化疗6个疗程后CA153、CA199水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。RB组化疗前、化疗3个疗程后、化疗6个疗程后AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199、CA724水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);RB组化疗6个疗程后NSE水平低于化疗前、化疗3个疗程后(P<0.05)。结论血清NSE、CA153、CA199水平对RB诊疗有重要意义,可以作为RB的肿瘤标志物;其中NSE水平下降相对较早,更有利于早期诊断RB的复发。Background Retinoblastoma（RB） is more common in infants and young children.In general,it is diagnosed at an advanced stage and is prone to recurrence and metastasis and difficult to treat.Objective To identify the tumor biomarkers for RB diagnosis and treatment.Methods From Shenzhen People′s Hospital between August 2014 and August 2016,we recruited the participants of this study〔20 children with RB and complete clinical data undergoing chemotherapy（RB group）,and other 20 healthy children undergoing physical examination（control group）〕.The measurement of levels of serum alpha fetoprotein（AFP）,carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA）,neuron-specific enolase（NSE）,carbohydrate antigen（CA） 125,CA153,CA199 and CA724 was performed in the control group during physical examination,and in the RB group before chemotherapy,at the time of completing the third and sixth cycles of chemotherapy,respectively.Results There was no significant difference in AFP,CEA,CA125 and CA724 levels before chemotherapy,at the time of completing the third and sixth cycles of chemotherapy between RB group and the control group（P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference in NSE level at the time of completing the sixth cycles of chemotherapy between RB group and the control group（P〉0.05）.NSE level before chemotherapy and at the time of completing the third cycles of chemotherapy in RB group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.CA153 and CA199 levels before chemotherapy,at the time of completing the third and sixth cycles of chemotherapy in RB group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in AFP,CEA,CA125,CA153,CA199 and CA724 levels before chemotherapy,at the time of completing the third and sixth cycles of chemotherapy in RB group（P〉0.05）.NSE level at the time of completing the sixth cycles of chemotherapy was lower than that before chemotherapy and at the time of completing the third cycles of chemotherapy in RB group（P〈0.05）.C
