摘　　要：网络化成长是企业成长理论的新进展。回顾从企业成长理论到企业网络化成长理论的发展历程,分析企业成长理论的持续性以及企业网络化成长理论的集成和补充。对企业网络化成长理论的主要内容进行梳理,包括五个方面:企业网络的内涵阐述;企业网络嵌入成因、嵌入方式、嵌入度及影响研究;企业网络能力影响因素、测度及评价;企业网络绩效评价及影响因素研究;企业网络演化研究。最后,对企业网络化成长理论进行研究展望。The theory of ecological network is a new achivement of enterprise growth theories. This paper firstly reviews the development from enterprise growth theories to the theory of enterprise growth in ecological network, and analyses the constancy, integration and complement of enterprise growth theories. Then it goes through the primary coverage of the theory of enterprise growth in ecological network from five respects, including the meaning of ecological network ; reasons, means, degrees and influences of enterprises embedding into a network ; the influencing factors of network capacity, and evaluation of enterprise network capacity;the influencing factors and evaluation of enterprise network performance ; and evaluation of enterprise network. At last, this paper prospects the future development of the theory of enterprise growth in ecological network.
