摘　　要：学报编辑队伍水平的高低直接影响学报质量的优劣。学报编辑应具备良好的职业道德和终身学习的理念,不断拓宽学科知识、增强文化修养,提高编辑素质和技能,立足学报实际,紧跟学科前沿,增强时代意识、创新意识和专业意识。笔者试分析当前高职院校学报编辑应具备的业务素质与学报编辑队伍的特征。提出高职院校学报编辑队伍应按照编辑工作的客观实际和编辑人才成长规律,建立培养有效机制。The level of journal editing team will directly affect the quality of journal.Journal editorsshould have good professional ethics and the idea of lifelong learning, broadening the subject knowledge,enhancing cultural attainment, improving the editing quality and skills, based on the reality, followingthe discipline front, strengthening the consciousness of time consciousness, innovative consciousness andprofessional. According to the analysis of the professional qualities that current higher vocational collegejournal editors should possess and character of journal editing team, it is put forward that highervocational college journal editors should based on the reality of a editing work and editing talentsgrowth rule, establish training mechanism effectively.
