环境工程专业就业情况分析及其对应用型人才培养的启示

摘　　要：分析了肇庆学院2012~2016年环境工程专业本科毕业生的就业状况,分析结果发现:本专业跨专业就业比例高,到政府相关部门就业人数较少,考研人数逐年增多;此外,就加强对应用技术型人才培养,培养环境专业人员的实践和创新能力,促进环境工程毕业生就业提出对策。This paper analyzes the employment situation of graduates of environmental engineering of Zhaoqing University in the year of 2012-2016. It is found that the rate of professional cross-professional employment is high, the number of person working in the relevant government departments is very small, and the number of attending the postgraduate entrance examination increase year by year. At the same time, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the applied technical personnel training, developing the innovation and practical ability of environmental professionals and promoting the employment of environmental engineering graduates.
