企业集群内中小企业合作创新博弈的影响因素分析

摘　　要：在梳理中小企业创新博弈相关文献的基础上,针对企业集群内中小企业合作创新博弈进行了问卷调查,调查结果显示:企业集群内中小企业采取合作创新方式进行科技创新或商业模式创新是一个发展趋势,在合作创新的前、中、后各阶段都存在着博弈行为.依据问卷调查和实地调研,建立了企业集群内中小企业合作创新博弈的过程模型.采用因子分析、逐步回归分析等方法,对企业集群内中小企业合作创新博弈影响因素进行了实证研究,得出影响中小企业合作博弈的因素,包括合作伙伴的选择、合作双方的投入和合作协议的履行.Based on the relevant literatures about the SMEsr cooperative innovation game, a questionnaire has been carried out on the SMEsr cooperative innovation game in the enterprises cluster. The result shows that the SMEs carry out S＆T innovation by cooperative way is a development trend, the game behaviors happen in three stages of their cooperative innovation. A process model of the SMEs＇ cooperative innovation game in the enterprises cluster is established after the surveys. By using the methods of factor analysis and regressing analysis, an empirical study is carried out, which is on the influence factors of the SMEs＇ cooperative innovation game in the enterprises clus-ter. Finally the factors which influence the SMEs＇ cooperative innovation game are identified, including partners＇choice, two sides＇input, implementation of cooperation agreement.
