摘　　要：为了提高某士官学校课堂教学质量,根据课堂管理的内涵,归纳了士官学员课堂管理的问题,对其问题产生的原因从学员、教员和教学环境三个方面进行了分析;提出了应从学员行为规范、师生情感交流、课堂管理技巧、教学内容和教学方法等方面入手,完善士官学员课堂管理的对策.In order to escalate the classroom teaching quality of the non-commissioned officer(NOC) cadets,this article, based on the connotation of classroom management, summarizes the problems existing in the NCO cadets' classroom management, and analyzes the causes of the problems in terms of students, teachers and teaching environment. Finally, the article puts forward the solutions to perfect the classroom management of NCO cadets from the aspects of code of conduct for students, emotional communication between teachers and students,classroom management skills, course contents and teaching methods.
