摘　　要：技术市场作为现代市场体系和创新体系的重要组成部分,在市场科技资源配置中起到了关键作用。河南自贸试验区自建立以来,陆续出台的相关技术创新及技术市场配套政策,完善了河南技术市场建立过程中相关政府主体的市场监管和服务体系。随着自贸试验区的逐步推进,促进技术转移和成果转化的重要性和紧迫性日益凸显,本文通过统计分析2014年河南省科技成果的相关部分数据,利用大数据可视化的方式,描述了技术市场发展中的问题并给出了解决对策。As an important component of modern market system and innovation system, technology marketplays a key role in the allocation of market science and technology resources. Since the establishment of HenanFree Trade Zone, relevant technology innovation and technology market supporting policies have been subse-quently introduced, which has improved the market supervision and service system of the relevant governmentbodies in the establishment of Henan technology market. With the advance of FTZ step by step, the importanceand urgency of promoting technology transfer and achievements transformation become increasingly prominent,through statistical analysis of the relevant part data on scientific and technological achievements in Henan Prov-ince in 2014, using a big data visualization method, this paper described the technology market developmentproblems and presented countermeasures.
