摘 要:通过界面缩聚法制备了以硬脂酸丁酯为芯材,三聚氰胺甲醛为壁材的微胶囊,将其作为添加剂加入聚乙烯基体中,制备得到聚乙烯基微胶囊复合材料.考察了微胶囊的添加对复合材料的力学性能、摩擦系数的影响,实验结果表明,随着硬脂酸丁酯微胶囊的质量分数逐步增大,复合材料的韧性提高、强度下降,减摩性能提高.Taking butyl stearate as core material and melamine resin as shell materials,the microcapsules were prepared with interfacial polycondensation method and then they were added into the matrix of polyethylene(PE)as additive to prepare and obtain the PE-base microcapsule composite.The influence of microcapsule addition on mechanical performance and friction coefficient of the composite was explored.The experimental result showed that the toughness of the composite would increase,its strength would decrease and its tribological performance would be improved with the increase of butyl stearate microcapsule mass fraction.
