摘　　要：随着传统出版产业的加快转型以及数字出版产业的快速发展,应用复合型人才短缺问题日益显现,如何培养适合时代需求的数字出版应用型人才成为现阶段高校和出版企业亟需解决的问题,尽管许多高校都提出相应的改革方案,但实施起来却困难重重。通过对出版人才特征、高校人才培养问题分析和培养模式探索等方面进行深入的分析,应寻找具有针对性、可行性的"跨思维、跨行业、跨课堂、跨校园、跨平台、跨国界"的"六个跨越"培养路径,使人才培养理论与实践并举,从而加快数字出版应用型人才的培养。With the speeding up and transformation of traditional publishing industry and the rapid development of digital publishing industry,the application inter-disciplinary talent shortage increasingly appears, how to develop digital publishing applied talents for the era in colleges and publishing enterprises are problems needed to be solved, although many colleges and universities have put forward the corresponding reform,but they are difficult to implement. Through explore indepth analysis of publishing talents characteristics, the problems of university talents cultivation and training mode, we should look for targeted and feasibility cultivation path with ＂cross-throught, cross-industry,cross-classroom, cross-campus, cross-platform, and crossnational borders＂, promote both theory and practice of talent training, so as to speed up the cultivation of application-oriented digital publishing.
