探讨单侧完全性唇腭裂牙槽突植骨手术前的正畸治疗及手术效果

摘　　要：目的探讨单侧完全性唇腭裂牙槽突植骨手术前的正畸治疗及手术效果。方法选取我院2014年4月-2015年4月收治的单侧完全性唇腭裂术后伴有牙槽突裂患者50例为研究对象,在对患者进行牙槽突植骨手术前进行正畸治疗,治疗后定期对患者全颌曲面断层片进行拍摄,术后对患者进行半年到两年时间的观察,评价患者的术后疗效。结果治疗后患者前牙扭转和舌倾症状得到有效改善,患者牙弓状态有明显的改善;患者植骨成功率明显提高,有43例患者植骨成功,成功率为86.00%。结论单侧完全性唇腭裂患者进行牙槽突植骨手术前,应该给予相应的正畸治疗措施,能有效提高患者植骨成功率,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic treatment on the patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate. Methods Unilateral in our hospital from April 2015 -2016 year in November were associated with cleft lip and palate alveolar cleft patients 50 cases as the research object, the patients were given orthodontic treatment of alveolar bone grafting before surgery, after treatment of patients with regular orthopantomography shooting, patients after operation for half a year to two years of observation, curative efect evaluation of patients after surgery. Results After the treatment of patients with anterior teeth torsion and tongue symptoms were efectively improved, the patient had a signifcant improvement in the status of dental arch, the success rate of bone graft was signifcantly improved, 43 cases of bone graft success, the success rate was 86%. Conclusion The patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate should be given appropriate orthodontic treatment before the alveolar bone grafting, which can efectively improve the success rate of bone graft, and is worthy of clinical application.
