维吾尔族与汉族患者上颌窦相关线性距离差异性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨新疆地区维吾尔族与汉族患者上颌窦相关线性距离的差异性。方法选取2014年6月-2015年6月新疆医科大学第一附属医院维吾尔族及汉族CBCT影像,测量上颌窦垂直向及近远中向线性距离并进行比较。结果汉族患者上颌窦近远中径的平均距离右侧为(29.1±5.31)mm,左侧为(29.0±4.92)mm;维吾尔族患者右侧为(30.6±4.98)mm,左侧为(30.7±4.74)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。女性患者上颌窦近远中径中,汉族患者右侧为(28.9±4.14)mm,左侧为(29.1±4.59)mm;维吾尔族患者右侧为(31.0±4.78)mm,左侧为(31.1±4.70)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。汉族患者上颌窦颊腭径的平均距离右侧为(22.5±4.58)mm,左侧为(23.0±4.63)mm;维吾尔族患者右侧为(22.59±4.46)mm,左侧为(23.4±4.55)mm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。汉族患者窦底至牙槽嵴顶的平均高度(residual bone high,RBH)右侧为(9.2±3.86)mm,左侧为(9.2±3.73)mm;维吾尔族患者右侧RBH的平均高度为(9.5±3.53)mm,左侧为(9.1±3.29)mm。汉族缺牙患者右侧RBH为(7.9±4.08)mm,左侧为(6.9±3.41)mm;维吾尔族患者右侧RBH为(7.8±4.46)mm,左侧为(7.7±3.76)mm,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论维吾尔族患者上颌窦解剖结构中除上颌窦内壁近远中径大于汉族外,其余结构均基本一致。Objective To explore the linear distance differences of the maxillary sinus between Uyghur and Han ethnics in Xinjiang. Methods The CBCT （cone beam computerized tomography） images of Uyghur and Han ethnics were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2014 to June 2015 , and the vertical distance and the mesiodistal distance of the maxillary sinus were meas-ured and then compared. Results The average mesiodistal distance of Han patients in maxillary sinus was on the right side of （29.1 ± 5.31） mm,on the left of （29.0± 4.92） mm; and the data of Uyghur patients was on the right side of （30.6±4.98） mm, on the left （30.7 ± 4.74） mm, which the difference was statisti-cally significant （P 〈0.05）. The Female group of maxillary sinus mesiodistal diameter of Han was on the right side of （28.9 ± 4.14） mm, on the left of （29.1± 4.59） mm; Uyghur＇s was on the right side of （31.0 ± 4.78） mm, on the left of （31.1 ± 4.70） mm, which the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The average distance between the cheek and palate of Han patients in maxillary sinus was on the right side of （22.5 ± 4.58） mm, on the left of （23.0± 4.63） mm; and the data of Uyghur patients was on the rightside of （22.59 ± 4.46） mm, on the left of （23.4 ± 4.55） mm, which the difference was not statistically sig-nificant （P〉0.05）, The average distance between the sinus floor and the alveolar bone crest （residual bone high, RBH） of Han patients in maxillary sinus was on the right side of （9.2±3.86） mm, on the left of （9. 2 ±3.73） mm; and the data of Uyghur patients was on the right side of （7.8±4.46） mm, on the left of （7. 7 ± 3.76） mm, which the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05） . Conclusion Uyghur pa-tients with anatomy of maxillary sinus in addition to the mesiodistal distance of maxillary sinus inner-wall is great
