手法小切口白内障巩膜隧道切口并发症发生原因的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究手法小切口白内障巩膜隧道切口出现并发症的原因。方法分析260例患者(302眼)行手法小切口白内障巩膜隧道切口的并发症及影响因素。结果 260例患者中,出现术中操作困难及并发症的眼数为42眼,分析原因有:内切口制作不当16眼(38.1%),隧道制作不当16眼(38.1%),外切口制作不当10眼(23.8%)。结论手法小切口白内障巩膜隧道切口的任一环节制作不当,均会引起不同程度的并发症,使术中操作困难。所以,避免影响因素,合理设计、制作一个稳定性好、自闭强、散光小、恢复快的巩膜隧道切口是手术成功的关键之一。Objective To analyze the causes of sclera tunnel incision complications in small incision cataract extraction.Methods The complications and influence factors of sclera tunnel incision complications in small incision cataract extraction in 260 cases（302 eyes） were analyzed. Results The operating difficulty and complications occurred in 42 eyes of 260 cases, and the causes were： improper incision made in 16 eyes（38.1%）, improper tunnel made in 16 eyes（38.1%）,improper outer incision made in 10 eyes（23.8%）. Conclusion Misoperation in any part of small incision cataract scleral tunnel incision will cause varying degrees of complications to make operation difficulties. So, avoiding influencing factors and the reasonable design to produce a sclera tunnel incision with good stability, closed, little astigmatism are the keys to successful operation.
