摘 要:目的探讨血浆脑钠肽前体(pro-BNP)检测对心源性脑栓塞的诊断价值。方法随机选取2014年9月至2015年5月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者228例,检测患者血浆pro-BNP水平,根据TOAST诊断分为A组(心源性脑栓塞组),B组(大动脉粥样硬化组),C组(小动脉闭塞组)和D组(其他),比较各组间pro-BNP水平。结果 A组pro-BNP水平明显高于其他组(P<0.05),其他三组间的血浆pro-BNP水平比较,差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论血浆pro-BNP水平的检测对心源性脑栓塞的诊断有价值,有利于临床脑梗死的病因分型,有利于心源性脑栓塞的诊断。Objective To study the diagnostic value of brain natriuretic peptide precursor determine on cardiogenic cerebral embolism. Methods From September 2014 to May 2015, 228 cases patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital were selected. All the patients were detected brain natriuretic peptide precursor (pro-BNP). According to TOAST diagnosis, all the patients were divided into group A (cardiac cerebral embolism group), group B (artery atherosclerosis group), group C (small artery occlusion group) and group D (others). The levels of pro-BNP between the four groups were compared. Results The pro-BNP level of group A was significantly higher than that of other groups (P〈0.05); there were no significant differences on pro-BNP level between other three groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion The pro-plasma BNP level detection has a value on the diagnostic of cardiogenic cerebral embolism, and it is beneficial to cause classification of cerebral infarction, which is helpful to the diagnosis of cardiac cerebral embolism.
