摘  要:[目的]为吡虫啉和阿维菌素2种农药的安全性评价以及合理使用提供理论依据。[方法]通过室内模拟试验,分别测定经吡虫啉和阿维菌素淋溶后的土壤对蚯蚓Eisenia foetida及其淋出液对浮萍Lemna minor L.的影响。[结果]经吡虫啉和阿维菌素淋溶后的3种土壤均会使蚯蚓体内的乙酰胆碱及酶原蛋白含量升高,且淋溶后土壤的吸附性与土壤有机质含量呈正相关;3种土壤的淋出液会造成浮萍的叶绿素含量降低,且2种药剂对水生植物的影响作用与土壤的有机质含量呈负相关。[结论]经吡虫啉和阿维菌素淋溶后的3种土壤对蚯蚓及其淋出液对浮萍均有影响。[Aims] The aims were to provide theoretical basis for the safety evaluation and rational use ofimidacloprid and abamectin. [Methods] Based on indoor simulated experiment, the effects of three kinds of leaching soil and soil leaching solution on earthworms(Eiseniafoetida) and duckweed (Lemna minor L.)were measured. [Results] Imidacloprid and abarnectin leaching soil makes the acetylcholine and zymogen protein contents in earthworm body rise, and the sorption was positively correlated with the content of organic matter in soil. Three kinds of soil leaching solution reduced the content of chlorophyll in duckweed. The effect of soil leaching solution on the aquatic plant was negatively correlated with the content of organic matter in the soil. [Conclusions] The results showed that the three kinds of soil leaching of imidacloprid and abamectin have the effects on earthworms and duckweed.
