摘　　要：为关注学生主体性,培养其创新能力,高校思想政治教育必须做到:首先要深刻认识与科学把握主体性思想政治教育的内在意蕴和角色定位;其次,要努力探讨思想政治教育个性化的教学组织和开放性的教学形式,合理设计好主体性教学过程;第三,要大力营造学生勇于探索、敢于创新的自我教育氛围,充分发挥学生在思想政治教育活动中的自主性、能动性和创造性。In order to focus on the subjectivity of students and cultivate their innovative ability, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities must achieve the following aspects ： first, it must deeply understand and recognize the inherent connotation and role of subjective ideological and political education. Secondly, it should try to explore the individualized teaching of individualized ideological and political education. Thirdly, it must vigorously mobilize the students＇ courage to explore and dare to innovate along with the atmosphere of self-education, giving full play to the autonomy, initiative and creativity of the students in the ideological and political education activities.
