摘  要:教育实习是高等师范院校培养中小学教师不可缺少的一个重要环节,是全面检验和提高教师教育质量的关键。韶关学院通过与南雄市政府、教育局和中小学等多主体协同,进行教师教育和继续教育、人才培养和教学研究、大学生实习和基地建设等全方位战略合作,多方位培养学生的思想品德与教育教学能力、学校管理和班级管理能力、组织协调与社会应变能力,全力打造互利共赢、良性发展的教师教育协同创新实验区。Teaching practice is a very important link of teacher training in higher normal universities, and it is the key step to test and improve the quality of teacher education. In the past few years, a multi-agent system for teacher education was established by the Shaoguan University, the local government of Nanxiong, the bureau of education and lots of primary and middle schools.Based on the integrated platform, it can make the all-dimensional cooperative with each other including the teacher education, continuing education, personnel training, teaching research, practice of college students and practice base building. Additionally, the ideology and morality of the students was developed and some abilities was promoted effectively, such as education and teaching abilities, school and class management abilities, organization and coordination abilities and social adaptabilities. In a word, the system is an integrated platform to realize the mutual benefits, win-win situation and benign development of a collaborative innovation system in teacher education.
