摘　　要：高职顶岗实习在其教学环节中一直占有举足轻重的地位,但是目前顶岗实习在实施过程中,普遍存在学生分散管理协调难度大、质量监控不到位、理论与实践脱节等问题,从而导致顶岗实习质量难以保证。基于以上问题本文引入PDCA的管理、指导及学习模式,构建高职顶岗实习管理的总体思路,实施对于高职顶岗实习的系统组织和过程管理,细化顶岗实习各个环节中的具体职责和任务,并不断完善,进而提升高职顶岗实习质量。Internship plays an important role in the teaching process in higher vocational education. Howev- er, it is often found difficult for teachers to manage the students due to their different jobs in different com- panies. So how to guarantee the quality of internship needs serious consideration. This paper introduces the management, the instruction, and the learning mode of PDCA so as to construct the general idea of intern- ship practice in higher vocational education. In this way the quality of internship practice will be continu- ously improved through the systematic organization and the process management.
