FOLFOX6化疗对结直肠癌患者外周血单核细胞中ERCCl表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙、5-氟尿嘧啶（FOLFOX6）化疗方案对Ⅱ、Ⅲ期结直肠癌患者外周血单核细胞（PBMC）中ERCCl表达的影响。方法采用Westernblot法检测结直肠癌患者化疗前后PBMC中ERCCl的表达，分析首次化疗前PB-MC中ERCCl表达与临床病理特征的相关性。结果Ⅱ、Ⅲ期结直肠癌患者化疗前PBMC中ERCCl表达与淋巴结转移及分化程度有关，与其他临床病理特征无关；FOLFOX6化疗后PBMC中ERCCl表达明显增加，与化疗前比较差异有统计学意义（Z=-2．548，P=0．011）。结论FOLFOX6化疗可上调结直肠癌患者PBMC中ERCCl表达，检测ERCCl表达水平有利于结直肠癌患者行含奥沙利铂的化疗方案的治疗。Objective To investigate the influence of FOLFOX6 on the expression of ERCC1 in the PBMC of 43 patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ colorectal cancer. Methods The expression of ERCC1 in the PBMC of colorectal cancer was determined by western blot. The correlation between its expression and the clinicopathological features was also analyzed. Results The＇expression of ERC- CI protein was significantly correlated with differentiation and lymph node metastases, except others, and its expression of ERCC1 in the PBMC of patient received FOLFOX6 increase significantly（P = 0. 011）. Conclusion FOLFOX6 regimen can induce expres- sion of ERCC1 in the PBMCs of patients,and the detection of expression of ERCC1 is available for the treatment of colorectal canc- er.
