超声乳化折叠人工晶状体植入术治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化折叠人工晶状体植入术治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析该院2010年1月至2014年12月收治的66例（72眼）葡萄膜炎并发白内障患者超声乳化折叠人工晶状体植入术治疗前后情况。结果66例患者中术后3d视力较术前提高61例，无提高4例，下降1例；术中并发后囊破裂8例，虹膜出血8例，虹膜反复脱出切口11例；术后第2天角膜水肿21例，前房渗出28例，术后眼压升高10例，瞳孔欠圆13例，瞳孔散大4例，术后7d继发球内感染1例。结论超声乳化折叠人工晶状体植入术治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障较为复杂，手术操作难度大，术中术后并发症较多，但总体效果良好。Objective Explore the clinical effect of using ultrasonic emulsification folding intraocular lens implantation technolo- gy to treat uveitic cataract. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted in the rehabilitation status of the 66 cases of uveitic cat- aract patients （72 eyes） treated by ultrasonic emulsification folding intraocular lens implantation from Jan 2010 to Dec 2014. Results Three days after the operation, 61 patients saw their eye visions had improved compared with before the operation, 4 patients saw no improvement and 1 found a declined eye vision^during the operation,8 patients suffered concurrent capsule rupture,3 had vitre- ous bodies overflow out of atrias and 8 had iridemia; two days after the operation, 21 patients had corneal edema, 28 had anterior chamber fibrin exudation;while after the operation, 10 suffered increasing intraocular tension, 11 had myometrial suture and 13 had unround pupils,4 had mydriasis,and 1 had secondary infection 7 days, after soperation. Conclusion It is relatively complex to using ultrasonic emulsification folding intraocular lens implantation technology to treat uveitic cataract. The operation has a great opera- tive difficulty index,more complications during and after the operation, but the overall effect is excellent.
