摘  要:目的探讨中小型医院静脉用药集中调配中心(intravenous admixture services,PIVAS)与药房结合的综合药房管理模式。方法介绍成都军区总医院干部药房(PIVAS与药房结合的综合药房)管理模式特点,并与中小型医院PIVAS(四川大学华西医院肿瘤药物配置中心)、单独药房管理模式(内江市中医院)在人员配置管理、药品管理流程、硬件设施及运行成本核算方面进行比较。结果 PIVAS与药房结合的综合药房管理模式可使人员工作时间合理统筹分配,节省人力;优化药品管理流程,降低管理成本;建筑面积、功能区分布、设备设施合理配置,达到资源共享,降低运行成本。结论 PIVAS与药房结合的综合药房管理模式是在中小型医院建立静脉用药集中调配中心的新的发展趋势。Objective To explore the management mode of the general pharmacy combining both pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS) and pharmacy in medium and small hospitals. Methods The characteristics of the management mode in Cadre Pharmacy(the general pharmacy combining PIVAS and pharmacy)of Chengdu Military General Hospital were introduced,and the management mode was compared with those of the other PIVAS of the medium and small hospital(Tumor Drugs Admixture Servives in West China Hospital of Sichuan University)and the pharmacy of Neijiang Hospital of TCM in terms of the staffing,drug management process,hardware and operating cost accounting.Results The management mode of general pharmacy combining PIVAS and pharmacy can save the human resources by making the available staff time allocated more reasonably,reducing the management cost by optimizing the drug management process,and decreasing the operating cost by sharing optimally the resources including the construction area,functional areas,and equipment and facilities.Conclusion The management mode of general pharmacy combining PIVAS and pharmacy is a new trend to establish PIVAS in medium and small hospitals.
