摘　　要：目的探讨鸦胆子油乳剂对老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者外周血T细胞亚群及生活质量的影响。方法选择我院收治的78例老年NSCLC患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组予GP方案化疗,观察组患者联合应用鸦胆子油乳剂,比较2组患者临床疗效及外周血T细胞亚群、生活质量(KPS评分)的变化。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为56%,与对照组的49%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血清CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+较治疗前明显升高,且均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后KPS评分均较治疗前明显升高,但是观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子油乳剂应用于老年NSCLC患者的治疗,可以明显改善患者的细胞免疫功能,进而改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of Fructus Bruceae oil emulsion on peripheral blood T lym- phocyte subsets and the quality of life in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods Sev- enty-eight cases of elderly NSCLC patients in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with GP chemotherapy, the observation group were combined with Fructus Bruceae oil emulsion, the clinical curative effect and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and quality of life were compared. Results The effective rate in the observation group was 56 %, there was no significant difference with control group （49%） （ P 〉0. 05）; after treatment, the serum CD3＋ ,CD4＋ and CD4＋/ CD8＋ was significantly higher than that before treatment in the observation group, and were significantly higher than the control group, the differences was of statistically significant （ P 〈0.05） ; after treatment , the KPS scores were significantly higher than those before treatment in both groups, but the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was of statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of Fructus Bruceae oil emulsion in the treatment of elderly patients with NSCLC, can significantly improve the cellular immune function, and improve the quality of life of patients.
