摘　　要：介绍了 3DStudioMAX在产品造型及其成型压塑模设计中的应用 ,通过一个工艺型玻面复合架茶几造型及其压塑模的设计 ,探讨了如何使用 3DStudioMAX实现产品的虚拟设计以及如何利用获得的图形数据 ,通过与AutoCAD的数据接口 ,将产品的外形作为模具型腔设计的依据 ,从而保持实际产品与设计模型在外形上的完美统一 ,对实现设计数据共享 ,减轻劳动强度 ,提高产品设计质量提供了一种有效的设计方法 .This paper introduce the application of 3D Studio MAX to product moulding and compression mold design. With a craft type glass surface-compound material rack end table moulding and its compression mold design, it discusses how to use 3D Studio MAX to realize product virtual design as well as how to utilize the design data as the gist of dying impression as design with AutoCAD's data interface. It can keep the uniform shape of the physical product and design model. It supplies a sort of virtual design method for realizing design data pool, alleviating labour intensity and improving product design quality.
