尼莫地平缓释片联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗血管性头痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察尼莫地平缓释片联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗血管性头痛(原发性)的临床治疗效果。方法以2015年9月—2016年3月在定西市人民医院神经内一科就诊的60例血管性头痛患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组选用尼莫地平缓释片口服治疗,60 mg/次,2次/日,治疗两周后观察治疗结果;治疗组采用尼莫地平缓释片联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,观察两组患者临床症状改善情况,对两组治疗前后头痛发作频率、持续时间及伴随症状的改善情况进行比较。结果两组患者经治疗后疼痛改善率分别为86.7%、93.3%。两组患者治疗后比较治疗效果具有显著性差异。两组患者治疗前后进行比较,两组之间临床疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平缓释片联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗血管性头痛疗效确切,效果优于单独使用尼莫地平缓释片,两者合用能有效改善患者临床症状,在临床上具有良好的治疗效果。OBJECTIVE Observed the joint nimodipine sustained-release tablets ibuprofen treatment of vascular headache（primary）of clinical effect. METHODS In September 2015—2016 in March,treatment of 60 cases of vascular headache patients in this studywere randomly divided into control and treatment groups. The control group used oral nimodipine sustained release tablets therapy,once 60 mg,2 times a day,two weeks after treatment,the results of observation and treatment; treatment group received nimodip-ine sustained-release tablets joint ibuprofen treatment,patients were observed clinically improvement of symptoms,before and aftertreatment for headache frequency,duration and associated symptoms of improvement were compared. RESULTS The two groups ofpatients after treatment of pain improvement rate were 86.7%,93.3% respectively. Comparison of the therapeutic effect after twogroups of patients had significant difference statistically. Two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared between thetwo groups of clinical efficacy was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Nimodipine sustained release tablets joint ibupro-fen curative treatment of vascular headache,better than nimodipine alone sustained-release tablets,the two combined conld effec-tively improve the clinical symptoms,which was in clinical good treatment effect.
