摘　　要：共享发展理念是中国经济新常态下的目标指向,也是社会主义制度属性与人民诉求的统一,其生成蕴含着文化、历史和现实三个维度。千百年来华夏儿女对未来社会的憧憬,利民、富民与天道公平的价值追求是其生成的文化沃土;从古至今中华民族多舛的历史命运和中国共产党所肩负的历史使命是其生成的历史渊源;发展中急需解决的问题与瓶颈是其生成的现实基础。它不仅回答了为谁发展、靠谁发展的问题,而且是中国共产党思想认识上的一次突破和理论上的重大创新,对丰富和发展马克思主义理论起到非常重要的作用。Shared development concept is the goal of China＇s economic development under the new normal, but also is also the unity of the socialist system and the people＇s demand. It contains three dimensions of culture, history and reality. First of all, for thousands of years, the descendants of the Chinese nation are full of vision for future society. Value pursuit of benefiting the people and enriching the people and heaven fair is the basis for formation of the culture; Secondly, the Chinese nation has suffered from many hardships since ancient times, and the historical destiny and mission of the Chinese Communist Party are historical origin of the generation; Finally, the problems and bottlenecks that need to be solved in the development are the realistic foundation of the development.
