摘　　要：建立了氮气中22组分挥发性卤代烃混合气体标准物质的分析方法。该方法使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪,选择离子扫描功能,采用在线漂移补偿的方法,通过"标准品-样品-标准品…"方式交替进样,对1μmol·mol^(-1)氮气中22组分挥发性卤代烃气体标准物质进行分析,RSD优于1.0%,满足准确分析定量的需求,同时对该方法的线性及检出限进行了研究。An analysis method of 22 component volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in nitrogen gas reference material was established.The method used gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detector,selective ion mode,and online drift compensation,each analysis was carried out by alternating measurements of the＂standard-sample-standard…＂The analysis result 22 component volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in nitrogen at 1μmol·mol^（-1）level indicated that the RSD was less than 1. 0%,satisfying the requirement of accurate analysis quantitatively,and the linearity and detection limit of this method was also studied.
