丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将124例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各62例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)和日常生活能力(ADL)。结果治疗组的总有效率为96.8%,明显高于对照组的80.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,ADL评分高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);而且两组患者的NIHSS评分、ADL评分比较,治疗组改善明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死能明显提高临床疗效,改善患者的神经功能,提高日常生活能力。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction by sodium chloride Injection.Methods 124 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 62 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,the treatment group in the conventional therapy plus treatment with butylphthalide sodium chloride Injection,clinical observation,two group of neural function defect score （NIHSS） and the ability of daily life （ADL）.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.8%,higher than that of the control group 80.6%,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,ADL scores were significantly higher than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）;and after treatment,NIHSS score lower than the control group and ADL score higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of acute cerebral infarction by sodium chloride Injection＇s treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the patient＇s neurological function,and improve the ability of daily life.
