工业数据无线采集在制糖过程控制实验中的仿真与实现

摘　　要：制糖过程自动控制前提条件是对蔗糖煮炼过程中各种工业传感器数据的可靠采集。依托模拟工业现场实际环境组建的制糖过程控制技术实训中心资源,完成对实验系统软硬件设计,重新对传输数据格式编码,双重编码校验方式提高数据传输纠错能力,采用多节点无线传输数据模式组网增强网络容量。现场测试表明,该无线数据采集实验仿真系统工作稳定可靠,对拓展实训课程改革建设和糖厂自动化生产线技术改造都起到促进作用。Sugar process control prerequisite is to collect reliable data of sucrose scouring process which are obtained by various industrial sensors. Using a simulated industrial environment,based on the foundation of the Control Technology Training Center,an experiment of sugar process control has been designed. The hardware and software are designed,transmission data format is re-encoded,dual encoding validation is used to improve data transfer mode and decrease the error correction capability. The multi-node wireless transmission network enhances network capacity. Field tests have shown that the simulation experiment system of wireless data acquisition system is stable and reliable,it expands the curriculum reform and can play a catalytically role for automated production line technological transformation of sugar industry.
