摘　　要：为提高硕士研究生的实践能力,在分析实践基地建设面临的主要问题基础上,提出了实践基地建设的协同创新机制,指出协同创新是助推校企深度合作共建研究生实践基地的源动力。基于立足特色与协同创新耦合、提高研究生实践能力的思想,从立足特色、服务需求,协同创新、同创共赢,多措并举、科学管理3个方面,介绍了我校在加强校企深度合作、共建研究生培养实践基地、提高高层次人才培养质量方面的改革举措及取得的成功经验,对提高研究生培养质量具有积极的促进作用。In order to improve the graduate students＇ practical ability, based on an analysis of the main problems, the paper presents the new mechanism for collaborative innovation, points out that the collaborative innovation is the impetus to deepen the cooperation between college and enterprises, and to build postgraduate practice base. Based on ideology of the characteristics and collaborative innovation,graduate students＇ practical ability can be improved ; Based on the three aspects ; i. e., characteristic foundation, and the demands of service ; collaborative innovation, and win-win cooperation ; various measures, and scientific management,reform practice and the successful experiences in strengthening school and enterprises cooperation and building postgraduate practice base are introduced. These measures improve high-level personnel training quality, and promote the graduate students to have good cultivation quality.
