摘  要:设计了数字化液化天然气(LNG)接收站综合教学实验平台,集成了DCS、SIS、FGS和报警管理等多层面立体安全技术屏障技术,实现了模拟开车启动运行、操作卸船、气化外输、站内循环与操作倒罐5种模式,并创新开展了不同工艺单元泄漏场景模拟及其相应的安全与应急实验对策,包括压力保护系统、模拟报警泛滥的管理和气体探测等实验内容。通过该数字化综合实验平台的建设,对探索在国际化工程教育的视野下,如何达成先进教学实验平台与培养方案、课程体系建设之间的互动影响,提供了重要的微观案例与技术实现基础。The construction of safety engineering experimental education in oil and gas and the field of chemical industry,increasingly presents the developing mode of the combination in international culture exchange and digital safety technology. To solve the problem about lack of comprehensive experiment platform for international cooperation and not reflecting technical requirements about the modern process safety management in experimental teaching,this paper designed the comprehensive experimental platform for digital natural gas( LNG) receiving terminal that integrates DCS,SIS,FGS and alarm management,multi-level stereoscopic technology of safety technology barrier. The simulation of five modes which are starting up of running,unloading operation,gasification outside the transmission,the circulation in station,and pouring operation was realized. The stimulation of leakage scenarios in different process units and their corresponding experimental safety and emergency response,including pressure protection system,the management of stimulation alarm floods, gas detection, etc was carried out innovately. Through the construction of the digital comprehensive experimental platform, exploration in the context of an international engineering education, we established the advanced teaching experiment platform and training programs,and realized the interaction of curriculum system construction The reform can provide an important microscopic case and the technical implementation foundation.
