摘　　要：设计了一种非接触式工件尺寸自动测量系统,它采用了高精度的激光传感器和精密运动线性模组,介绍了测量系统的工作原理和机械结构,给出了系统的测量范围。该系统具有非接触、高精度、自动扫描、测量范围可调等优点,对同类情况具有一定的参考价值。除此之外,非接触式测量对环境适应性显著增强,适合于生产线工件的连续测量。An non-contact axial workpiece size measuring system is designed,it uses laser sensor with high accuracy and precision linear module, and working principle of the measuring system and mechanical structure are introduced, the measuring range of the system is given.The system has advantages of non-contact, high precision, automatic scanning, measuring range can be adjusted and so on. It has a certain reference value to the similar project. In addition, non-contact measurement can obviously enhance the adaptability to environment and it is suitable for continuous measurement of workpiece in production line.
